Hey! I am Fortuna
I am a passionate cook and certified pastry chef who inherited his love for cooking from my mother and grandmother.
Ever since I was little, I enjoy experimenting with different ingredients and flavors, creating delicious dishes and desserts for my family and friends. I’m a mother of three so I try to balance my busy life with my culinary art: I think of myself as a kind and generous person who likes to share his joy and love through cooking experiences.

I have always loved being in the kitchen, ever since I was a little girl: growing up in Naples, I would watch my mother and grandmother prepare mighty dishes, learning their recipes and secrets. I would experiment with different ingredients and flavors, creating my own dishes and desserts.

Cooking is my way of expressing myself, of sharing my joy and love with others. I never lost my passion for cooking, even as I grew up and faced many challenges in life - cooking is my escape, my therapy, my art.

Do you accommodate dietary preferences such as vegetarian options?
I try my best to make sure anyone can get a taste of Italian cuisine. Vegetarians are welcome in my kitchen! Just let me know in advance, and I will make sure to make adjustments for the lesson.

Yes, you can! Use the contact form to communicate with me before booking and wait for confirmation.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel a booking up to 72 hours before the lesson for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may not be eligible for a refund, sometimes rescheduling can be an option.

Our cooking lessons typically last approximately 2 to 3 hours, providing ample time for hands-on cooking and learning.

What does the lesson include?
The lesson duration covers the complete experience, including preparation, cooking, and presenting the meal. It's a comprehensive culinary adventure designed to provide you with valuable skills and a memorable meal.

Is it okay if my baby (0 to 3 years old) shares the spot with me without taking part in the activity?
Yes! Participation is not mandatory for babies. If you'd like to include them in the activity select the "babies" fare when booking.
